You should be able to visit the location and resolve all issues as per our organization policy if you are necessary to go to the field. Depending on the complaint made by our customer, it can be necessary to travel nonstop for 2–3 days. When providing support, you must also thoroughly document the commissioning procedure. As required, you will also offer post-visit support. You will be expected to know everything about the Crestron product line as a team member and be required to undergo the required training during your initial period. In addition to receiving support, if any of our hardware does not perform as intended, you may need to issue an RMA (replacement of new gear) by getting in touch with our service staff right away. If the RMA equipment is successfully delivered and installed, we must follow up with the client or our channel partner to ensure the replacement unit is operating properly. As a member of the support team, you will need to coordinate with the sales team if any support or service cases violate company policy, engage with customers in accordance with instructions, and conduct a POC (Proof of Concept) if necessary to demonstrate the product to clients to satisfy their needs.
