We're seeking a technically sound, execution-driven professional to lead this greenfield project. Role Overview: The Project Lead Second-Life Battery Repurposing will be responsible for setting up our second-life battery division from the ground up. This includes technology evaluation, equipment selection, vendor onboarding, process and layout design, and overseeing commissioning and handover of the facility for operations. This is a core leadership role at the intersection of technology, operations, and project management . Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Execution Lead the planning and execution of the second-life battery repurposing line within the recycling facility. Prepare detailed project plan including timelines, budget, technical specifications, and resource requirements. Coordinate with internal teams (plant, procurement, finance, EHS) to align project deliverables. 2.
