The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting machine vision systems and AOI solutions used for quality inspection, measurement, and defect detection across manufacturing lines. Key Responsibilities: Understand customer requirements and design vision-based inspection solutions using AOI technologies. Configure and deploy machine vision cameras (e.g., Cognex, Keyence, Omron, Basler) and AOI software for defect detection, measurement, OCR/OCV, etc. Program and fine-tune inspection algorithms based on lighting, material surface, and speed of inspection. Integrate vision systems with PLCs, HMIs, and robotics (optional). Support installation, testing, commissioning, and customer trials. Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting , technical support, and training to customers and internal teams. Maintain project documentation including SOPs, calibration records, and technical specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, controls, and design engineers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related fields). 3–8 years of experience in Vision Systems / AOI in manufacturing, automation, or inspection.
