About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Provide on-site and remote technical support for biomedical equipment and software 2. Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and user training for healthcare professionals 3. Assist in troubleshooting software/hardware issues related to medical devices 4. Collaborate with sales & service teams to improve product usability 5. Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product development team 6. Ensure compliance with medical standards (FDA/CE/ISO) during deployments 7. Maintain documentation of service reports, training sessions, and issue resolutions Requirements: 1. Passionate about healthcare technology and customer interaction 2. Comfortable working in hospital/medical environments 3.
