Job Description

Required Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills across applications and database technologies Previous experience supporting cloud hosted applications. Strong ITSM background and understanding of best practices related to incident, change and problem management Technical background in database technologies Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB, Python, UNIX, Pega Technical background in supporting various server platforms. Linux, Windows and Virtualized server environments Understanding of agile application development life cycles and supporting test environments. Experience with REST services. Experience with alerting and monitoring tools to ensure adherence to service level agreements. Experience with application capacity and performance tools Strong written and oral communication skills. Create and produce application support documentation Must be very strong in Java. We want Java engineers that really passionate about Java and take the time to understand why they do things a certain way. Other skills include RESTful Web Services, SpringBoot, Kafka, MongoDB, and automation skills (such as Jenkins and Cucumber). Mentorship skills are required.
