Job Summary:

ServiceNow Application Developer

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements
Implement and support
ITOM solutions
, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
Develop and customize
ServiceNow Workspaces
, UI Builder components, and experiences
Design, develop, and maintain
Service Portal
pages, widgets, and themes
Create and manage
Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of ServiceNow applications
Participate in requirement gathering, technical design discussions, and solution reviews
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform governance
Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and production issues
