Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead incident management processes effectively - Implement best practices for incident resolution - Analyze incident trends and recommend preventive actions 1. Exp. supporting applications using Kafka and API. 2. Monitoring CTRL-M jobs 3. Understand concepts of ITIL 4. Experience in automation and using Jira, Metis and Confluence tools" Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework 1. L1/L2 Application support and Incident management 2. Experience using SQL and scripting languages (Bash, Shell, Korn) 3.
