Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced Lead Cloud DevOps Engineer to drive cloud infrastructure, automation, and security initiatives for a strategic banking client in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), certificate and identity management, and DevOps practices. This role requires both hands-on execution and technical leadership to guide implementation teams and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Must-Have

Skills:

68+ years of experience in AWS cloud architecture and engineeringExpertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormationProven experience in certificate management (e.g., AWS ACM, Secrets Manager)AWS Cloud Certifications (Solutions Architect Associate/Professional preferred)Strong knowledge of logging and monitoring with AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrailExperience in leading small DevOps/infra teams, setting technical direction Good-to-Have

Deep understanding of SSO protocols (OpenID Connect, SAML)Experience configuring SSO + MFA using Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)Hands-on with App registrations, permissions, and certificate rotation in AzureProficiency in Azure DevOps:YAML-based CI/CD pipelinesRepo branching strategiesPython scripting for automationIntegrating and resolving Sonar Cloud tasks (SAST) Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable AWS infrastructureDefine and enforce DevOps best practices across project teamsArchitect and automate IaC deployments and certificate lifecycle managementGuide the setup of secure authentication flows using SSO and MFAReview and optimize CI/CD pipelines and ensure DevSecOps integrationAct as a technical mentor and cloud SME, collaborating with cross-functional teams Preferred Certifications:AWS Certified Solutions Architect ProfessionalTerraform Associate (optional)Azure Security Engineer Associate / Identity and Access Administrator (good to have)
