Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve creating and implementing software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the applications are aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Design, develop, and test software applications using the Spring Application Framework.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.- Ensure the applications are scalable, secure, and performant.- Troubleshoot and debug issues in the applications.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices. Skills:

Proficiency in Spring Application Framework.- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.- Experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications.- Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Java or C++.- Experience with database technologies such as SQL or NoSQL.- Good To Have

Experience with Microsoft Azure Security.- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.- Understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
