You will be responsible for creating efficient and effective solutions that align with the needs of the organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing innovative applications to enhance business processes. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements.- Develop innovative applications to enhance business processes.- Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of solutions that align with the needs of the organization. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP for Retail.- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies.- Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP for Retail.- Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with other systems.- Experience with SAP implementation projects.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP HANA.- Recommendation:Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Retail.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
