Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the development and implementation of complex software solutions. Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in application development. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in React.js. Strong understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience in building responsive web applications. Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or Context API. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integration. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Node.js. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in React.js. This position is based at our Chennai office.
