Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to develop solutions that align with business needs and requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure project progress- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills Professional & Technical Skills: -Having good knowledge on the CRM Process- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP CRM- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP CRM Middleware- Strong understanding of SAP ABAP CRM functionalities- Experience in customizing SAP CRM applications- Knowledge of SAP CRM integration with other systems- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP ABAP CRM issues Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP CRM- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
