Your day will involve collaborating with teams to develop solutions and ensure applications align with business needs. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the design and development of new application features- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members- Participate in project planning and provide input on technical feasibility Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Benefits, Mandatory to have Workday Related certification- Strong understanding of application development principles- Experience in configuring and customizing applications to meet business requirements- Knowledge of integration tools and techniques- Familiarity with Agile methodologies Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Benefits- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A mandatory Workday Related certification is required Qualification Mandatory to have Workday Related certification15 years full time education
