Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to develop solutions that align with business needs and requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the design and development of applications Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Accounting Center Strong understanding of financial accounting principles Experience in configuring and customizing Workday Financial Accounting Core modules Knowledge of integration tools and techniques for Workday applications Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Financial Accounting Core This position is based at our Pune office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
