You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and meeting the needs of the organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Ensure the smooth functioning of applications Meet the needs of the organization Collaborate with cross-functional teams Manage and prioritize tasks Identify and resolve technical issues Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Conduct code reviews Develop and maintain technical documentation Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Mobile Device/App Automation Testing Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies Strong understanding of software development life cycle Experience in testing mobile applications on different platforms Knowledge of mobile automation frameworks such as Appium or Selenium Familiarity with programming languages like Java or Python Ability to write and execute test cases Experience in bug tracking and reporting tools Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Mobile Device/App Automation Testing This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 15 years full time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
