Must have skills : JavaScript, Temenos Quantum UXP Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Your role will involve leading and managing software development projects in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead and mentor junior team members Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable JavaScript code within the Temenos UXP environment. Lead and contribute to the development of new features and enhancements for existing applications. Integrate Temenos UXP with other systems using JavaScript and related technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to JavaScript and Temenos UXP. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, designers, and QA, to deliver projects on time and within budget. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in JavaScript and Temenos UXP. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Understand and work within Agile methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in JavaScript Strong understanding of software development methodologies Experience in developing and configuring software systems Knowledge of Temenos Quantum UXP Hands-on experience in implementing software solutions Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. 5+ years of experience in JavaScript development. Proven experience with Temenos UXP platform. Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including asynchronous programming, closures, and DOM manipulation. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js - specify desired framework if any). Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience leading or mentoring junior developers Experience with other Temenos products. Knowledge of mobile development (iOS or Android). Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha). Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Experience working in an Agile environment.
