Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design & Build:Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, integrations).Quality & Delivery:Ensure code quality, testing, and smooth deployments.Collaboration:Work closely with BAs, architects, and stakeholders to deliver requirements.Mentorship:Guide junior developers and enforce best practices.Innovation & Improvement:Leverage new Salesforce features and improve processes.Support:Handle issues, enhancements, and ensure system stability.Expected to perform independently and become an SME.Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows.Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.

Skills:Hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.), and external system integration.Data Management:Experience with data migration, ETL, handling large data volumes, performance optimization.DevOps & CI/CD:Familiar with source control (Git), branching strategies, deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, SFDX).Testing & Quality:Ability to write unit tests with high code coverage, perform peer reviews, ensure scalable and compliant solutions.Release & Environment Management:Experience in sandbox strategy, change sets, unlocked packages, scratch orgs, release planning.Security & Compliance:Knowledge of Salesforce security model, OWASP secure coding, GDPR/PII handling.Platform Knowledge:Exposure to Sales/Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud (advantage).Up-to-date Knowledge:Awareness of latest Salesforce releases, Einstein AI/Analytics, Industry Clouds.

Proficiency in Salesforce Development.Good To Have
Skills:Experience with Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning components.Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Additional Information:The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development.This position is based at our Hyderabad office.A 15 years full time education is required.
