Summary:As a Senior Salesforce Developer specializing in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Field Service Lightning (FSL). Youll design and build scalable Salesforce solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative applications that drive efficiency and enhance user experience. This role offers hands-on development, problem-solving, and opportunities to continuously improve application performance and quality.Roles & Responsibilities:Work independently as a technical expert and SME in LWC development.Actively participate and contribute in team discussions and technical design sessions.Provide innovative and efficient solutions to complex project challenges.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design patterns, and reusable components.Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and Salesforce governor limits.Perform and participate in code reviews to ensure maintainability, scalability, and adherence to best practices.Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on Salesforce best practices and modern development approaches.Contribute to performance tuning and optimization of Lightning components and Apex code.Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and development trends to recommend improvements.Professional & Technical

Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) and Experience in Salesforce Field Service (mandatory).Good-to-Have

Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Platform Developer II (PD2) certificationsProficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform customization, integration techniques, and third-party app integration.Proven experience in developing custom Salesforce applications with focus on performance and scalability.
