Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and guidance to your team members while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in application functionality and user experience. Key Responsibilities:Technical Support:Provide technical assistance and support for Boomi integrations, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve integration issues related to cloud-based and EDI standards (such as X12, EDIFACT), working with various stakeholders to identify root causes and implement solutions.Monitoring:Continuously monitor integration processes, performance metrics, and logs to ensure smooth operations.Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, issues, and solutions.Collaboration:Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.Enhancements:Identify opportunities for system improvements and optimization, recommending and implementing changes as needed.Shift:Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shift) and weekend support.
Qualifications:Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Dell Boomi integration platform.Technical Skills:

Proficient in Boomi integration processes, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsTeam Player:Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with diverse teams across the organization.Certifications:Boomi certification is a plus.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Boomi Atmosphere Integration.- This position is based in Chennai.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
