You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that align with the organization's needs and goals. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications to enhance user experience and streamline business processes.- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to ensure the stability and scalability of applications.- Stay updated on Salesforce Service Cloud best practices and industry trends to recommend improvements and optimizations.- Document technical specifications, test plans, and user guides to ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and customization.- Experience in developing Salesforce Service Cloud applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.- Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities.- Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, workflows, and process builder.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
