You will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform to develop innovative solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, and implementing customized applications to enhance business processes and improve user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Design, develop, and customize applications using Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes. Analyze and translate business needs into technical solutions. Implement and configure Salesforce Omnistudio Platform to meet business requirements. Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure quality and functionality. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Omnistudio Platform features and best practices. Assist in the documentation of application design, development, and deployment processes. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Lightning Aura Components. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model. Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL. Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
