You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and customized according to the needs of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Design, develop, and customize applications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business processes. Create technical specifications and design documents. Perform unit testing and debugging of applications. Provide support and troubleshooting for application issues. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. Assist in the deployment and migration of applications to different environments. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. Good To Have Skills:Experience with customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Strong understanding of CRM concepts and architecture. Experience in developing plugins, workflows, and customizations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with integration tools and techniques for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Experience in data migration and integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
