Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and associated technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and associated technologies to meet business process and application requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and associated technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Apps. Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
