You will be responsible for creating efficient and scalable applications that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, developing software solutions, and ensuring the applications are tested and deployed successfully. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. Design, develop, and test software applications based on business process and application requirements. Ensure the applications are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the organization's goals. Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve any issues or bugs. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the application development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Neotys Neoload. - Good To Have Skills:Experience with Test Management, SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Neotys Neoload. - Knowledge of performance testing and load testing techniques. - Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python. - Understanding of database management systems and SQL queries. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Neotys Neoload. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
