Must have skills : User Experience (UX) Design Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 full years of education and necessarily degree in engineering Summary :As an Application Developer with a primary skill in User Experience (UX) Design, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working on UX design, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with the latest advancements in UX design and application development. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the UX design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure the UX design meets business requirements and user needs. Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices. Stay updated with the latest advancements in UX design and application development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong proficiency in UX design principles and tools, including Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision. Good To Have Skills:Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience with user research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful UX design solutions.
