Must have skills : User Experience (UX) Design Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 full years of education and necessarily degree in engineering Summary :As an Application Developer with a primary skill in User Experience (UX) Design, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working on UX design, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with the latest advancements in UX design and application development. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the UX design process for applications, ensuring that the user experience is intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest advancements in UX design and application development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong understanding of UX design principles and best practices. Good To Have Skills:Experience with UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Solid grasp of user research techniques, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful UX-driven solutions.
