Project Role :Application Developer
Project Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Must have skills :SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries

Summary:SAP ICSM SKILL MUST.SAP Expertise:Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Intelligent Clinical Supply Management (ICSM) and related modules.Clinical Supply Chain Knowledge:A deep understanding of the pharmaceutical clinical trial process and its unique supply chain challenges.Industry Experience:Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry's supply chain operations.Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align project objectives with stakeholder expectations.- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, ensuring timely adjustments to meet project goals.Technical
Skills:

Ability to configure and customize SAP systems to meet specialized business requirements.Business Acumen:Experience with pharmaceutical business activities and desired business outcomes within the clinical supply chain.Communication & Stakeholder Management:Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business and IT teams.Analytical & Problem-Solving
