Summary:SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System - Software application that provides organizations with a framework for creating, managing, delivering, and tracking educational courses, training programs, or learning and development programs throughout the employee lifecycle. LMS is utilized to manage users learning plan, assigned trainings, programs and ensure all users are up to date with the latest trainings and policies.
Roles & Responsibilities:Act as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors LMS, staying updated on product releases, new features, and industry best practicesMaintain working system knowledge of key operations for assisting users and ensuring proper use of the softwareWrites documentation or reviews documentation written by others that describes configuration and operating proceduresServes as liaison between users and vendors on complex technical matters requiring vendor participation to resolve, maintaining ongoing communications with both parties until issue is resolved or acceptable workaround procedure is determinedSupport the implementation of product updates and enhancementsCreate and maintain user guides, knowledge articles, and other support documentation per Eisai guidelinesIdentify trends and patterns to optimize performance of process, workflows and the user experienceGenerate and analyze reports to support business operations and decision-makingAttend client meetings to discuss requirements, updates on projects and deliverables.Complete assigned project responsibilities and deliverables, including design, development, UAT, documentation and change control process.Continuously monitor system logs and all jobs using monitoring toolsAnalyze the error, liaise with the appropriate team for investigation, and assign the task accordinglyMaintain and update the status of existing incidents/requests with the latest developmentsProvide an update on task and project status and collaborate with the team to identify and resolve any roadblocksReview and assess any incidents related to application errors, including development, unit testing, and assist users with reported issuesProcess User creation/terminations for accounts confirmed by HR and businessManage users and Admins, provide access per Role Based PermissionsMonitor non-ticketing activities requested by business via email/MS Teams chatKnowledge on SSO integration, IAS/IPS, VLS ConfigurationProficient in handling data uploads to the system using Connectors. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.- Experience with integration of learning management systems.- Familiarity with user interface design principles.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Prior experience and knowledge of Life Sciences industryData analysisDocumentation (creating scripts, reference/knowledge guides)Knowledge of executing test scripts, testingCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutionsApplication support
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
