Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications to improve performance and user experience, while staying updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.- Mentor junior professionals in application development best practices and methodologies.
