You will be responsible for ensuring the applications are developed in line with industry standards and best practices, while also considering the specific needs of the business. This role requires a strong understanding of application development principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.- Participate in problem-solving discussions.- Design, develop, and test software applications based on business requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements.- Ensure the applications are developed in line with industry standards and best practices.- Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues.- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.- Document technical specifications and user manuals for developed applications.- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application development practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.- Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices.- Experience in designing and developing software applications.- Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks.- Familiarity with database management systems.- Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Japanese Language.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
