Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to develop solutions that align with business needs and requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead and mentor junior team members- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical- Strong understanding of CRM customization and configuration- Experience in integrating CRM with other systems- Knowledge of CRM SDK and web services- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical- This position is based at our Noida office- A Any Btech degree is required Qualification Any Btech degree
