Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.- Experience with project management tools and software.- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Program Project Management.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
