You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and implemented effectively. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, and engaging with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, showcasing your problem-solving skills and creativity. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams Ensure effective design, build, and configuration of applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements Develop and implement application solutions Perform code reviews and ensure code quality Troubleshoot and debug applications Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing Provide technical guidance and support to team members Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies Identify and recommend process improvements Assist in the documentation of technical specifications and user manuals Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies Strong understanding of microservices architecture Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure Familiarity with Agile methodologies Experience with version control systems like Git Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Red Hat OpenShift This position is based in Gurugram A Btech or BE degree is required Qualifications 1 Btech or BE2 Certified Cloud Architect3 Red Hat Certifications and Accreditations
