You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and leveraging your expertise in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) to develop innovative solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Design, develop, and test applications using SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). Ensure the applications meet the business process and application requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to the team members. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the applications. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). Strong understanding of financial processes and risk management principles. Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) modules. Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as SAP FI and SAP CO. Experience in designing and implementing treasury and risk management solutions. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. Familiarity with SAP ABAP programming language. Experience in working with global teams and managing offshore resources. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). This position is based at our Pune office.
