Must have skills : Enterprise Architecture Framework Good to have skills : Enterprise Architecture Strategy, Enterprise Technologies, Architectural Design Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Bachelor of science Summary:As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the Enterprise Architecture Framework and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications using the Enterprise Architecture Framework.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents.- Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.- Ensure the quality and integrity of all application deliverables, conducting thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in enterprise application development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.- Lead and manage delivery along with technical expertise. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Strong knowledge of the Enterprise Architecture Framework.- Must To Have Skills:Experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level applications.- Must To Have Skills:Java full-stack, Microservices, Spring, Spring Batch, Rest API, BDD, Gherkins, Working knowledge of AWS.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile development methodologies.- Good To Have Skills:Topic/Publish Listener Model - Kafka and Change Data Capture Model.- Good To Have Skills:Kong API, Service Mesh, Oracle, MongoDB, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Selenium, Testing Automation- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.- Experience in managing end-to-end delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products or services to customers.- Experience with programming languages such as Java or angular.- Experience in the financial domain, particularly within the retirement services industry is a plus.
