You are a Senior PHP Programmer / Developer with 2-5 years of experience, highly proficient in PHP frameworks like CodeIgniter or Laravel. In this role, you will review delivery dates, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features, work on bug fixing and application performance improvement, mentor team members, provide accurate task estimates, analyze, clarify, code, and unit test software within a team environment. You will participate in code reviews, develop software to predefined standards, perform functional analysis and debugging, write and update documentation, and work to meet project schedules and deadlines within an agile environment. Your primary skillset includes a good understanding of the software development life cycle, Agile/iterative methodology, back-end development using PHP and PostgreSQL, front-end development using HTML5, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, exposure to MVC frameworks like Zend, Laravel, CodeIgniter, CakePHP, understanding of object-oriented design patterns and principles in web-based business applications, experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, third-party libraries, APIs, web service integration, n-tier architectures, application caching techniques, and development tools like IDEs and Git version control.
