Application advisor

As an Application Associate, your primary role will be to serve as the main point of contact for undergraduate and postgraduate aspirants. You will play a crucial role in guiding them through our program application process and addressing any queries or concerns they may have. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the accurate submission of student details and documents on the University application portal. You will be responsible for clearing any doubts that students may have regarding the pathway program during the application process. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining a comprehensive database of applicant details and insights gathered throughout the application process. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the Academic Counselling team to schedule application calls for students. Furthermore, you will provide support to the Counselling team by facilitating follow-ups with prospective students. The ideal candidate for this position would have at least 1 year of experience in processing applications for study abroad students heading to the USA. It is essential to have a solid understanding of requirements such as the GRE/GMAT exams, English proficiency tests, and terms like OPT. Previous experience in managing backend operations for study-abroad organizations would be advantageous.,
