You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and evaluating Automotive HVAC systems and related Interior Parts. Your role will include layout, design, and development of HVAC systems and related interior parts, understanding specifications, testing, and evaluating HVAC system parts, analyzing cost and weight through VA-VE and Benchmarking, and collaborating with vendors and related agencies for design and development activities. You will also be tasked with analyzing quality issues from production and the market. To excel in this role, you must have experience in heat load calculations of HVAC systems, hands-on experience in designing, developing, and testing HVAC systems and related interior parts, the ability to analyze and initiate countermeasures for quality issues, proficiency in working with DMU, 3D modeling, and 2D drawing, conducting vehicle level evaluations, experience in HVAC systems design and development with Automotive OEMs, familiarity with software like Unigraphics, and an understanding of applicable regulations and testing requirements. The educational requirement for this position is a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.,
