Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Itola, Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in cable testing equipment and appliance testing equipment, with a strong ability to build client relationships and drive sales growth. Role & responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cable testing and appliance testing equipment segments. - Present and demonstrate products to clients, explaining technical features and benefits. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. - Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients. - Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals. - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs. - Coordinate with the technical team for product demonstrations and after-sales support. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Preferred candidate profile - B.Tech degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. - 2 to 4 years of direct sales experience in testing equipment or similar technical products. - Good understanding of cable testing and appliance testing equipment. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to understand technical specifications and convey value propositions effectively. - Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Preferred Attributes: - Existing network of clients in electrical or testing equipment sectors. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel as required.
