As a Supervisor Retail Sales at RentoMojo, your primary responsibility will be to lead and motivate a team of retail sales associates in the Chennai-Nerkundram, Kogamped location. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and high-performance work culture within your team. It will be essential for you to maintain a deep understanding of RentoMojo's product and service offerings, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards, as well as handling customer escalations and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner, will be part of your daily responsibilities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, customer support, and logistics, to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience will be crucial. Staying updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth will also be expected from you. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer experience/support, with hands-on experience in handling sales/support associates. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an analytical mindset are essential requirements. Strict adherence to store timings, knowledge of data entry, proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, technological proficiency, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences are key attributes that will contribute to your success in this role.
