Product Testing and Launch: Participate in product testing and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a successful product launch. Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Act as a spokesperson for the product and manage communication with all relevant stakeholders. Go-to-Market Strategy: Assist in the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies. KPI Tracking: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions. Skills and Knowledge: Technical Skills: A good understanding of product development processes, including design, engineering, and testing. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and customer behavior. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Looking for a Zonal Sales Manager who has handled the Gujarat as well as Maharashtra regions and is based in Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for the assigned zone, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical distributors. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the zone. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective execution of marketing programs. Performance Management: Set and track sales targets for the zone, ensuring accountability and progress towards goals. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies. Manage the zonal budget and ensure efficient resource allocation. Compliance & Industry Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards. Keep abreast of new product developments, competitor offerings, and market trends. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of success in a managerial role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in team management and development. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, key stakeholders, and product launches.
