Key Skill: JAMF /Workspace one /IOS/Apple Device Roles and Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be an IT professional responsible for delivering projects in the Shell end user productivity technology areas as a technical expert. The Infrastructure Projects Technical Consultant (IPTC) ensures these solutions conform with the Enterprise IT architecture, are designed for successful delivery and focuses on design and execution in addition to consulting. The IPTC helps to define the Project Charters and may be requested to manage infrastructure projects and/or provide high-level expertise with hands-on activities surrounding development/deployment activities. Candidate should be expected to be a technical informer for the Infrastructure Portfolio and Products Development (IPPD) team. Responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering specific infrastructure systems, applications and designs for large complex IT solutions that comply with Shell's underlying technical operating environments. Requires a strong understanding of enterprise mobile device management tools like Microsoft endpoint manager, Vmware workspace one, JAMF and client technologies such as Android, Apple and Windows. A good exposure in infrastructure that supports modern workspace such as AD , AAD, PingID and printing as well as experience implementing end user productivity type software such as O365, Skype, Teams. Desire someone who has experience in a technical consultant role who is able to clearly communicate technology concepts and information across different stakeholder groups. Additionally the individual should be comfortable within Agile and waterfall project methodologies and IT frameworks. Requires a multifaceted individual who understands technology architecture across a broad spectrum of areas like networks, storage, server and desktop and who has worked across and or operationally supported a broad range of technologies that enable mobile, cloud and classic desktop systems.
