Function Profile: SAP SD/MM Consultant at TANATEX Chemicals Languages: - Fluent in English (required)- Proficient in Dutch (preferred) System Environment: - SAP ECC 6.0 EHP 8 Working Environment -Textile Chemicals Production and Trade- Operating within a centralized SAP Competence Center, based in Ede, The Netherlands Industry Focus: - Proven experience in the Chemicals Industry- Familiarity with Import/Export processes, customs duties, and Intrastat reporting Core Responsibilities: - Provide end-to-end SAP support from 1st to 3rd line, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and user guidance - Translate user questions and issues into functional specifications (FOs) for development and configuration - Manage and execute small-scale projects and change requests across SD/MM domains - Support and enhance SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules - Apply strong working knowledge of PP/PI (Production Planning/Process Industries) to support manufacturing and supply chain processes - Utilize IFM/GIB planning enhancements to improve forecasting, inventory management, and production planning accuracy - Understand and support iDoc-based interfaces for logistical data exchange with multiple 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers - Support and troubleshoot XML-based interfaces for data exchange with external systems and partners - Utilize SAP Script for form layout modifications and output control - Collaborate with business users in international sales offices, adapting to cultural diversity and small user bases Key Skills & Experience: - Strong configuration and support experience in SAP SD/MM - Deep understanding of PP/PI processes and integration with logistics and production - Experience with IFM/GIB tools for advanced planning and scheduling - Proficiency in iDoc monitoring, error handling, and interface troubleshooting with external logistics partners - Experience with XML interface technologies for structured data exchange - Knowledge of international trade compliance, including duties, Intrastat, and customs documentation - Skilled in incident management, root cause analysis, and user training - Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment - Capable of working in a small Team, managing multiple priorities across time zones Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: ₹578,084.13 - ₹2,099,424.38 per year Expected hours: 30 per week Work Location: In person
