About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Appian platform.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Optimize and troubleshoot Appian applications for performance and scalability.
Participate in client interactions and contribute to requirement gathering and solution design.

Required Qualifications

4 to 7 years of hands-on Appian development experience.
Appian Level 1 and Level 2 certifications
(mandatory).
Strong understanding of Appian best practices, SAIL, process modeling, and integrations.
Experience working with relational databases and web services (REST, SOAP).

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in
banking, finance, or insurance
domains is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative remote environment.
