Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and documenting business requirements to deliver end-to-end Appian solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining a detailed traceability matrix of requirements and ensuring that the product backlog is delivered within agreed timelines. - Promoting Code Lite, code reusability, futuristic design/business driven configuration, and embedding these practices in the workflow delivery model. - Conducting Appian training and learning sessions for other volunteers, and promoting light automation through citizen development. You will also facilitate training sessions and demos for business users. - Being an evangelist and energetically driving the adoption of the Appian solution widely across the organization. - Leading the adoption of program-wide tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS-Teams, etc. - Providing post-implementation support for workflow applications.
