As an Associate Product Manager at Conversive, you will play a crucial role in leading our Salesforce-native product suite. Your responsibilities will include owning the roadmap, delivery, and adoption of features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and more. This hands-on role, based in our Pune office, will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business impact through powerful, scalable solutions on Salesforce. Your key responsibilities will involve driving the end-to-end development of Salesforce-native features, collaborating with engineering, UX, GTM, and support teams, defining and prioritizing the Salesforce roadmap, ensuring compliance with enterprise-grade standards, conducting user research and analysis, managing sprint planning, and enabling customer-facing teams with documentation and onboarding materials. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of product management experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company, a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, experience with AppExchange apps, strong product thinking skills, excellent collaboration and communication abilities, a high ownership mindset, and familiarity with agile methodologies.
