In this role, you will do the performance testing for different applications for the organization. Responsible for the preparing performance test cases and able to create simulation scripts using Load Runner. This position will have responsibilities in creating the test scenarios in Load Runner Enterprise and run load, stress, failover, and endurance tests. In this role, you will be supporting Loss Mitigation and Collections product. This role works closely with the ICE teams in India and U.S. Therefore, qualified candidates are expected to overlap part of their working hours with the U.S. Eastern time zone. Responsibilities As a Performance Test Engineer at ICE, you need to understand Performance testing requirements. Prepare Performance test plan, design performance simulation scripts and data. Enhance the scripts using correlation, parameterization and error handling. Run Load, Stress, Failover and Endurance tests as per business requirement. Analyze performance results to pinpoint bottlenecks. Debug and root cause performance issues and highlight performance improvement opportunities. Prepare test summary report/final report for every release. Mentors and guides work of less experienced Performance Test Engineers. Demonstrate a positive, team-focused attitude. Working in a global, multicultural environment. Performs additional related duties as assigned. Knowledge and Experience 8+ years experience in Performance testing. Familiarity in Mortgage, Finance or Banking domain would be added advantage. Bachelors Degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Expertise in performance testing API and GUI applications using LoadRunner Enterprise. Expertise in scripting Web (HTTP/HTML) and TruClient protocols using LoadRunner Enterprise tools. Expertise in LoadRunner Enterprise to design test scenarios. Expertise in troubleshooting using error logs and analyzing error information. Expertise in SiteScope/AppDynamics monitoring tools. Expertise in SQL Server Management Studio. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Preferred Knowledge and Experience Experience working as part of an Agile Release Train in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Experience with Mainframe related applications would be added advantage.
