Powered by more than 84,000 entrepreneurial professionals across more than 30 countries, it caters to over 700 clients with its extensive domain and technology expertise to help drive superior competitive differentiation, customer experiences, and business outcomes Job Role: Performance tester Experience: 5 to 9 years Work Mode: Work from office Employment Type: Full Time CTC: 2000000 LPA Location: Chennai Notice period: Immediate to 30 days Job Description 9 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering Domain Have handson experience in Performance Bottleneck Analysis Infrastructure Application and System level Solid experience in providing Performance Tuning Recommendations Experience in creating performance test strategy design planning work load modelling and elicitation of nonfunctional requirements for testing Handon experience in at least one of the Load testing tools Load Runner Primary Jmeter VSTS SOASTA etc Hands on experience in profiling and performance monitoring Handson experience in using analytic tools like Omniture google analytics and monitoring tools like Dynatrace Appdynamic Tivoli Sitescope etc Handson experience in at least one Object Oriented Programming Language Java C etc would be an added benefit Prior Customer Facing Experience is a must Experience in Mobile App DevelopmentMobile Performance Testing would be an added benefit Be able to recommend test methodologies approach strategic direction for testing and improving applications performance Insurance domain performance testing experience is a plus Soft Skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements Ability to articulate and present different pointsofviews on various technologies,
