Senior International Business Development Manager - IT Consulting udaipur 5 - 10 years INR 16.0 - 20.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

We are a fast-growing IT Services & Consulting firm specializing in Software Development and IT Staff Augmentation. With a strong domestic foundation, we are now expanding into international and global markets to build long-term partnerships with clients across the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and other overseas regions. We are seeking a Senior International Business Development Manager to spearhead our global growth strategy and establish strong connections with multinational clients. Key Responsibilities Drive international client acquisition and business expansion in IT Staff Augmentation and Software Development services. Manage the complete global business development lifecycle from lead generation, requirement analysis, proposal drafting, negotiation, to closure. Build and nurture strong relationships with cross-border decision-makers Create impactful presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses tailored for international and overseas clients. Achieve defined business growth targets and contribute to worldwide revenue expansion. Collaborate with technical & delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction of multinational clients. Conduct competitor and market research to identify new global opportunities and untapped regions. Maintain accurate pipeline and client interaction records in CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce). Key Result Areas (KRAs) Acquisition of new international / global clients within defined timelines. Achievement of quarterly and annual business growth metrics. High lead-to-conversion ratio across overseas markets. Strong client retention and repeat business rates. Expansion into at least 1 2 new global geographies or industry verticals annually. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven expertise in international / global business development within IT services or staff augmentation. Strong knowledge of staffing models, outsourcing frameworks, and SDLC. Demonstrated success in closing high-value international deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Hands-on experience with lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clutch, Upwork, etc.). Proficiency in CRM and pipeline management (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce). Self-driven, target-oriented, and adept at working in multinational and cross-border environments. Opportunity to lead international and global growth initiatives for a rapidly scaling IT firm.
