Apparel/ Product Designer( Sports Industry)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and innovative Apparel/Product Designer with a strong background in the sports industry to join our design team. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of performance fabrics, functionality, fit, and emerging trends in sportswear. You will be responsible for designing and developing apparel/products that align with our brand’s identity, performance goals, and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop sportswear and performance apparel/products from concept to final prototype
• Create detailed tech packs, CADs, mood boards, and colorways for seasonal collections
• Research market trends, fabric technologies, and competitor products to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers, pattern makers, and development teams to ensure functionality, performance, and aesthetics
• Ensure alignment of design with target consumer needs, brand strategy, and product timelines
• Participate in fittings and product reviews; provide input to improve fit, construction, and material choices
• Work closely with sourcing and manufacturing teams to ensure quality and cost-effective production
• Stay up to date with innovations in technical fabrics, sustainable materials, and wearable technology

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
